5 Axis Machining Centre & CNC Lathe
Rab Engineering is capable of CNC and manual machining of precision components, one off to production runs. We can assist you with every aspect of your project from design to manufacturing.
We currently have a Pinnacle lathe (1m between centres) for CNC turning facilities.
We have a Pinnacle 5 axis machining centre with a 760 x 610 x 560 mm travel range a 360 deg C axis and 220 deg (+/- 110 deg) A axis. We use “Featurecam” software with 5th axis positioning option and can machine supplied files in Iges or Step format or can generate our own files using Powershape Cad software.

Roll Grooving/Pipe Fitting
We have a Victaulic roll grooving machine which can roll groove pipe from 2” to 12” and is available for hire when not in use by ourselves. We have the capabilities to design and install pipe systems to suit your needs.
Industrial Cleaning
Whatever your requirements, be it office cleaning to more physically demanding industrial cleaning, we have the capabilities to meet your needs.
We currently have a regular dedicated team of cleaners both office and industrial who maintain the offices and general working areas in and around a large glass manufacturing plant in Adelaide to HACCP standards. The work on the shop floor can vary greatly from sweeping and mopping floors, pressure washing machines, scrubbing floors using Nilfisk scrubber and cleaning of the yards with a ride-on sweeper.
